Training vs. Ordination

Just a note on the preceding discussions about teaching the three levels of Reiki: this is not the same process that I recommend for ordination to the Reiki Peace Order. Monastic training should focus heavily on meditative and spiritual practice, ethics (ethics, ethics, ethics) and the discussions should focus more on the Postulant's sense of call and practice rather than professional development.
